I can provide daily reports on vacant properties, including a summary of damages, vandalism, etc. Photographs are always provided on observable damages for vacant properties. I also provide information to help my Clients make well-informed decisions and recommendations to prevent property deterioration.
I follow all proper procedures to protect the Client's property.
My fees are competitive and I submit bids prior to performing any work that will exceed allowable charges. I provide a running total of expenditures and a detailed list of all work performed.
